UP Concert Chorus Turns 50!

The University of the Philippines Concert Chorus (UPCC) celebrates its 50th anniversary titled “SingKwenta SingKwela” this year with a series of a year and a half activities highlighted by a six-month international tour this March to key cities in the United States and Europe. UPCC alumna Nanette Inventor is special guest.


Two March concerts begin the milestone:

• March 3 at 7 p.m. at the University Theatre, UP Diliman. The show also features UPCC alumna Nanette Inventor and culminates the Diliman Arts Month celebration spearheaded by the UP Diliman Office for Initiatives in Culture and Arts (OICA). Friends of Korus Foundation Inc. is co-presentor. Tickets are at P150 while tickets for the UP community is at P50.
• March 31 is the pamamaalam concert at 7:30 p.m. at the Philamlife Theatre with participation of UPCC Batch 92. Tickets at P300 while tickets for students and senior citizens are at P200.
