During the day, the famed waves of LU will be a magnet to any surfer or beach lover’s heart. Fantastic waves and a bourgeoning surf culture are at the heart of San Juan. Come sunset and everything comes to a standstill as a golden amber envelops the entire beach. Its environs will also be transformed into an artist’s playground as art installations will be mounted along the shoreline for the festival-goers to appreciate.
